Ergofém Kft. has been a 100% Hungarian-owned company since 1992.
The metal production plant is located on a 6,234 m² property in the countryside of Újkígyós, just 30 km from the Romanian border.
With over 30 years of professional experience, the company is able to perform the entire metal processing process thanks to continuous technological developments. This includes design, sheet metal cutting, edge bending, welding, metal surface treatment and assembly. The finished products are supplied to various industries (mechanical engineering, construction, furniture, energy, automotive, agriculture). The company's activities expanded in 2024 with the production of load-bearing steel structural elements.
In recent years, we have also opened up to the Romanian, German and Austrian markets, further expanding our export sales.

Project description:
Within the framework of the project, real estate investment was carried out along with the acquisition of new machines, equipment, and the establishment of new technological systems.
A new warehouse hall was constructed, and the following equipment was commissioned: an ERMAKSAN Speed-Bend 1270-60 press brake, an arc welding robot system with an OTC-FD-B4L robotic arm, and a Logi Tower single-column automatic sheet metal storage system.
As a result of the improvement in technical and technological standards, productivity and production capacity have increased significantly.

Project description:
As part of the investment, an ERMAKSAN FIBERMAK 3000.3 x 1.5 fiber laser cutting machine, representing the latest in laser technology developments, has been commissioned.
In addition to cutting steel and stainless steel sheets, the new system also enables the efficient cutting of highly reflective materials such as bronze, copper, aluminum, and galvanized steel.
As a result of the improvement in technical and technological standards, productivity and production capacity have increased significantly.
