1.GSZ.1. type rolling archive shelving system
Which has generated favorable customer satisfaction as a result of a long, nearly 20 years of manufacturing experience and continuous developments. The system is suitable for the organized and easily movable storage of large quantities of documents.
When designing the system, we take into account individual needs, since we also have to use individual dimensions due to the different installation parameters.
Rail structure
A row of cabinets is operated on 4 rails. The base plate of the rail is fixed to the floor with a frame fixing screw. The cabinets roll on 16 x16 mm square steel welded to the base plate, to which the tripping prevention device is attached. The tripping prevention device facilitates the loading and unloading of materials in the cabinets, as well as the tripping-free movement of the operating personnel.
Rolling cabinet chassis (trolley)
The cabinet chassis is connected to the laid rails with 4 pairs of wheels. The drive is solved with a hand-operated wheel. By moving the hand wheel, we simultaneously drive the 4 - 4 wheels rolling on the rails, which also ensures the movement of the trolleys without swaying.
Compared to the rolling cabinets on the market, the movement and drive of the chassis contains a unique solution.
The cabinets are easily moved by a double deceleration gear.
A toothed disc is built into the moving wheel fixed to the side of the cabinet, which ensures that the cabinets can be fixed in any position to avoid accidents.
Superstructure
The 1-1 column fixed to the chassis consists of 4 perforated elements. The shelves sit on a flat steel shelf support, which is connected to the perforation with a welded rivet. The shelves are equipped with a stiffening plate for a 100 kg/shelf load.
The shelf distances (shelf height) can be changed in 25 mm increments according to storage needs. The ends and top of the cabinets, as well as the chain drive, are equipped with a cover plate.
The label holder placed on the cabinets helps in the clear organization of documents. We attach a roller top guide to the top of the multi-level cabinets, which prevents the cabinets from tipping over. We attach 4 rubber bumpers to each cabinet to prevent the cabinets from being damaged mechanically.
The surface treatment of the shelving system is carried out using electrostatic powder spraying technology.

The height of the shelf can be varied according to needs.
The side panels of the metal-structured shelves can also be made with wood cladding, which lends a furniture character, satisfying aesthetic needs as well.
